Glwenzl

Small town country boy. Married with 6 kids (some married and all but one graduated from HS). Use to tell others that I have 3 boys, 3 girls and 3 hunting dogs and 3 of something has to go! Lol Been in the mechanical maintenance field most of my life in one fashion or another. Been self employed until health issues then worked power plants mostly nuclear. I have advanced arthritis RA and OA that has slowed me down in the hunting arena. Reloading and forming wildcat rounds is one of my favorite past times since the 1970s when bullets and powder cost $3@100/lb respectively. I mostly use Hornady reloading presses and equipment with a few exceptions such as the RCBS Chargemaster. Most of my life it’s been bolt action and/or single shot rifles and revolvers. As arthritis worsened I moved toward auto loaders first shotgun then pistol followed by a custom AR 17 Rem and then a 20 practical upper and eventually a 223 upper. I’ve been in precision shooting a few times as well as having one of my two wildcats published in small caliber news (since discontinued after Dakota arms purchased them) Now this S2K. Handguns (autos) started out with a Steyr 40 and eventually had a family of them. A Browning hi power 40, a judge, a Glock 43, EMP and an Officer plus a bunch more of the little guys like Kimber micro, S&W-ez, p-238 and my favorite the 380 kel-tec. Recovering addict and sober since 1981, lucky to be living and grateful for everything that’s come my way (both good and the ugly) including each and every day. I’ve lived life hard and don’t do a lot of things but reloading and shooting have been one addiction I haven’t been able to kick  Glad my son got me into this S2K thing and I found my way here :+1:t2:
