Tropical storm so I had too put the roof up on my hot tub.
Roughing it. When winter comes I have an awning I drop in front that traps the heat in. I can be out here when it’s 20 degrees out and be comfortable

I finally had to throw a poncho liner on the bed the other evening (been hitting the mid-50’s here in the early mornings). The pups-especially the little big-eared circus dog-are loving it. She had been sleeping at my feet all summer under just a sheet but the last few mornings when I wake up she’s been buried in like a tick at my waist in between me and my body pillow.

And this is a special year when it comes to the intensity of the Northern Lights.
Just an FYI, in the event some folks can partake in them, not viewable everywhere but the intensity is going to be seen into the US in several places.
