Shotgun Recommendations for 3 Gun 🔫

I am looking for a shotgun to use in 3 Gun matches. I have a short single shot 12 ga that is not
well suited for this so I am looking for ideas. What have you used?
I would like to use it for skeet/trap as well. Not sophisticated enough for a single purpose driven
purchase.

Then of course I will start looking for an AR at some point.

I would go with the standard Rem870, run a 18"barrel for the 3 gun match and switch over to a longer one for birds.

@cico7 if you got the funding pick your poison brother. if not i would look for a Ithaca model 37. earlier made one cause of dis-connector…

and if you wanted auto loader, Browning Humpback A5. mines Belgium made but the Japan made are just a tough. Hard to beat a browning or a browning design gun.
mister John Moses Browning gave us a lot of wonnerful firearm designs, Ithaca 37 is a browning design…

Tom,
This was the first one I thought about.

Buck,
I like this one real well.

Now to find either locally!

Mossberg 500. For three reasons:

  1. Easier to load than the Remington.
  2. Lighter weight than the Remington.
  3. It’s a Mossberg.:+1:t3::us:
