Anyone with some sort of leaf guard setup on their rain gutters?
- Self installed?
- Did it require new gutters too?
- Would you do it again?

@Festus We’ve made some in the past out of thin expanded metal. Not sure if it will work for your application.
I have done it 2 ways.
I made a rough mock-up for a visual, from scrap, to hopefully give you an idea of what I did.
The first 2 pics are of a flat piece of exp.metal. It covered the gutter and had a lip that slipped between the bottom edge of the shingles and the metal drip edge.
The second 2 are with the exp. metal bent so it just drops in the gutter and sits there on its own.
