My dual QD sling point I just added on keltec, the adapter that clicks into it just falls out . It won’t lock into it ?? Any ideas or any brands of the attachment that fits in it and locks ?

@Sherrillm3 It’s possible you installed the qd backwards. Try inserting it in the oppisite side.
