Pachmayr Tactical Grip Glove needs trimmed

Afternoon, I ordered a Pachmayr Tactical Grip Glove for my Sub 2000 that was supposed to fit correctly, but is a bit long. Trimming it should go fine, but my question is, I’d like to smooth out the trim edge, but am unsure the best method. Getting it warm / hot with a heat gun would likely work, but getting just the trimmed edge hot enough to smooth without melting the rest of it is the challenge…Thoughts

Actually, a lighter might work also, just want the trimmed edge to look as good as possible

@Kenk I used a dremel with a brush to thin the edges down.

@Kenk Yes. Just remember to use very little pressure as the brush will eat the rubber pretty fast.

Absolutely, Thanks Don!, now I just have to figure out how to mark it accurately for a close trim job
