Big boy calibers and big boy wheelguns just takes the right person shooting them. 357 revolvers have been my edc for most of my carry life. Now its a 2inch barrel snubby and no it want drive nails at any great distance beyond basic pistol range but ive never had any issues with expected accuracy. I leave the 9mm carry pistols for the ladies and elderly
Geez. What about a .380 carry pistol then?
That’s an odd way to carry
Left and right options of the “knee jerk reaction” method of carry. Works best as a passenger of a luxury car or lay-z-boy tv surfer.
380? You mean the 9mm even smaller more expensive ugly step sister im just jokin around i think allmost every gun and caliber has its place and use. For my edc when out and about i prefer my revolvers cause i trust them more then semi autos. And i like magnum and big bore calibers because they make me feel warm and fuzzy. But i do have a confession to make. When im in my shop or around the house its usually my naa 22mag mini revolver that i carry in my pocket.
So i only caliber shame others to make myself feel better about my on mouse gun habits

You need not apologize. Everything you said was correct. My Bodyguard is only my “deep concealment gun”. Tho I do like it. My regular EDC is a Glock 27 gen 4 with a Glock 23 13 round magazine. Big enough bore for me.
Honestly I bet I’d be just as safe with my Browning 1911-22 as with any other gun I have because with that little guy I can shoot a 11 round smiley face in about 5 seconds.
A shot in the face with a .22lr will drop anyone just as fast as any other shot.
I’d rather have extreme accuracy over big boom any day. Besides every follow on shot is dead on because of the lack of recoil. Sure it won’t stop them with a body shot but any head shot will ruin a bad guy’s day
I had two cans freed from AFT jail today.
Dead Air Sierra 5 in 5.56

Silence is golden.
Looking forward to saving my hearing as well one day when Always Trampling Freedom graces me with my stamp.
Here comes the BOOM!
I need one of those!
Sorry I sold my .454 when I left Wy, I kept my .44 mag should have reversed my decision.
My father’s piece from the 70’s - teflon coated Smith & Wesson 38 Special, I think from '72… Probably has 18-24 rounds through it. Planning on taking it out for the first time on my Dad’s birthday this August.
