Almost all my ARs use an Mcarbo spring as well as my AK, Mossy 500 and RS22 
Oh yeah….all my pmags have the Mcarbo spring in them too

My favorite and most utilitarian upgrade is the M*CARBO Optic Mount. Easy install, keeps zero, and makes an average firearm into a great firearm.
Some of my remote hole puncher collection. OCD people will appreciate that they’re almost in order of hole size creation. Almost.
