Keltec Sub 2000 in Virginia

All Things SUB-2000!

Is it ok to keep the Keltec on my car while traveling through Virginia? Is there a magazine capacite of 20 in place? Would the folding capability of the Sub 2000 be considered a collapsing stock?

You can always lock it in a box, with ammo in a separate box.

Look up FOPA. It is a federal law that allows you to transport firearms that you own across state lines regardless of state law as long as you’re just traveling through said state. Make sure the firearm is unloaded and the ammunition is stored separately.
