Inch torque driver below 10 inch pounds

Hi, I ordered the PMR 30 ultimate package and watched the video. In the video you say some of the screws need 4"# my driver and all the ones I looked at online only go down to 10? Anyone have a link for something that goes to 4#?

Check the drop-down list in the ad, lots of sizes including a 4 and 6 in/lb
