im with you on this one mike im like your self stalk it aim at it shoot it gut it hang it up skin it butcher it make your own steaks mince burgers sausages and dice up all the other bits and pieces after all that who would’nt enjoy cooking it and eating it @Texprep

Anyone hunt water fowl? I heard that if you add ground goose breast to regular deer burger (wo the regular fatty meat) it tastes awesome, I’ve haven’t tried any yet. I was wondering how much goose meat is needed to 20 pounds of deer meat?

if your just going with breast from a good size goose/honker 4 each, if smaller than Canadian goose breast, double your amount…,

Few months behind on posting but a doe and buck I got opening day on our property in WV. Brought home, quartered out, butchered and packaged over next few day.
