Getting the Red Lion front sight Straight

So are there any tricks to getting the RL front sight straight, or any other things I should know about before ordering one? I did order the barrel vise already

I just eyeballed it but someone here may have a better approach. I did confirm POA with the already installed red dot.

Thanks Brian, do you find you like the RL sight quite a bit? And does it work ok with the M* rear sight?

It is a big improvement. I don’t have the Mcarbo rear but others say they work fine together.
