Is anyone keeping an eye on the Kyle Rittenhouse trial? I work nights, so I’m watching the trial live on TV

With watching the Rittenhouse trial, there’s been videos shown that were never released before. I thought the first dude that got shot was DOA, but there’s a video of him with his eyes open and in clear shock. Pretty brutal to watch.

I sure as hell hope this is just a rumor

No real surprise here. The socialist media has already convicted Rittehouse and any not guilty verdict will send them into a revenge seeking meltdown.

I honestly do not blame these two jurors. They have a very valid issue. The left is low enough to actually bring on violence to them or their family.
The judge MUST make the decision for acquittal with prejudice… on so many issues besides this. If he doesn’t he should be dismissed from the judicial system.

Not to be the squeaky wheel, but it hasn’t been confirmed that 2 jurriors are hold up, besides it was heard from a marshal. I have watched every day of this trial. It doesn’t help protesters showed up today, and countless threats made to the court and the judge, this was expected FWIW.

Interesting during the closing arguments, lots of pics and vids I have never seen were shown during the trial. The prosecution’s stuff was so fuzzy, blurry and overall poor quality (was done on purpose). The defense images/vids were damn near crystal clear.

I have questions.

Why was the FBI there both in the air and on the ground. And why was their testimony and HD vids struck out and the FBI lost the HD vids magically.

One day towards the end, they mentioned the AFT was involved. Why and what were they doing?

Why were criminal charges filed before any investigation was completed?

I think regardless of the outcome there will be riots. There is more riding on this case then Kyle’s judgment. With all the other cases going on, I think this will weigh on the other cases (ones in the SCOTUS).

I agree, and that’s why I’m hoping the video is a knee-jerk reaction to a rumor. I’m not convinced by an unnamed “source.” I guess we will find out more tomorrow.
On a side note, my brother brought up a good point. When ADA Binger pointed the AR towards the jury, with his finger on the trigger, how is that not witness intimidation? The prosecutors just argued that Rittenhouse provoked the attack due to pointing his rifle at people (from blurry drone footage). So then the jury should have been able to attack Binger, no?

I guess the defense filed a mistrial with prejudice today or yesterday (dated 11/14 and filed 11/15). Will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow. If the judge decided mistrial w/prejudice then Kyle can not be tried again.

Personally I think a not guilty would be much better then a mistrial. That way it’s said and done not guilty vs he is neither guilty or not guilty. Bit of a mush if they go mistrial. There is also more then Kyle’s life being decides on in this trial. That is my thoughts as to why a defined not guilty would be better.

And let’s say that rumor is true. Then 98% of the jury would be for not guilty if 2 of them are worried about doxing/retaliation. They would not react that way if 98% decided guilty.

@Savage636 I also agree, to many “unnamed sources” these days. And I do agree that binger pointing the ar at the jury and spectators was bad, really bad. I though we were going to have another Alex Baldwin moment there :astonished:.

Edited to add more content.

Also to add, this “rumor” has now spread like wild fire. On social media, YouTube, forums etc. Crazy.

MSNBC and CNN will see a dramatic increase in viewers and hits today and tonight. Only because conservatives want to laugh at their lib tears. MSNBC is saying… white… white… white… (endlessly).

How long before the riots start?

The BBB in Kenosha just released an announcement that all the bars in Kenosha will have 10 cent beer night tonight. So… I am guessing the place will be in ashes at about 1am. Unless they hire Kyle to protect it… then there will be peaceful protests only.
